CleanerPlanner's Direct Debit and SMS are on Pro (£29). WorkWise Rounds is £35 a month with Direct Debit, Pay by Bank, cards, reminder texts and replies included, plus the AI assistant. CleanerPlanner's own pages don't mention quotes, a customer portal or bank matching.

Questions people ask
- Can I move my customers from CleanerPlanner to WorkWise?
- Yes. Export a spreadsheet from CleanerPlanner and upload it. WorkWise reads it, shows you every row to check, and saves nothing until you press Import. If you'd rather not, send us the file and we'll set it up.
- Is there a free trial?
- CleanerPlanner has a 30-day trial. WorkWise's first month is free when another trader refers you, and there's no contract or cancellation fee.
- Do my dates still slide if I miss a visit?
- Not by default. In WorkWise every customer sticks to their schedule: skip or move one visit and the next stays put. If you prefer to count from the day you last went, you can switch that on for a customer.
- Does WorkWise have a team plan like CleanerPlanner?
- Yes, in a different shape. You add each person to your Rounds account for £10 a month per worker login, and helpers without a login are free. CleanerPlanner's Team plan is a flat £49 for five users. If you run a bigger team with subcontractors, WorkWise Pro is built for that.
