Rounds

Say who does it. Change it any day.

Give Dave the Tuesday north round and it's his from now on. When he's off, hand that day to Priya in one drag. Anyone can do any round on any day, so nothing is locked in.
  • On a house, in the Team list, or on the calendar: wherever you are, you can give it
  • Drag a whole round, or one house, to someone else's column
  • Undo is always there. Nobody is texted unless you tell them
  • Houses you haven't given to anyone stay yours

Their phone

Their phone, their day.

Dave sees only his own stops, with the customer's number so he can ring if there's no answer. He taps Start day, says who's with him, and works down the list.
  • Done, Skip and Move remaining for his own stops
  • Navigate, Call and Text on every stop
  • Takes cash or a cheque, or adds a customer on the spot, marked “added by Dave”
  • No prices to change, no settings, none of your money
Cash

Cash only counts when it's in your hand.

When Dave takes cash, the customer is marked paid straight away and nobody chases them. Your books don't count it until you've got it.
  • See what each person is holding, and since when
  • Tick what they've handed over, or clear it all at once
  • Cash held for a few days gives you a nudge

Pay

Pay by the day, and keep track.

Set a day rate for each person and change any single day for a half day. See what each has earned, what you've paid and what's owed. What you pay goes into your expenses as wages.
  • Starting the day records who worked; fix a missed day from the Team page
  • Helpers count towards pay even without a login
  • WorkWise records it. You still pay them yourself

Days off

Someone's off? Slide the round.

Mark Dave off and the round slides along his working days, in the same order. Every customer's next visit stays where it was. Or give his round to someone else for the day.
  • A warning shows on the calendar the moment someone is off with stops
  • Tell them texts the new dates, only if you want it to
  • Works for you too when you go on holiday

Going out with someone who doesn't need the app? Add them as a helper. They're a name on your list, free, and they count towards pay.

Pay for people only when they're on your team.

Nothing changes if it's just you.

Pay yearly, 2 months free

£100 a year per worker, not £120. Save £20 on each.

Team questions

What people ask before they add someone.

Yes, so they can ring when there's no answer. They can't see your money, change prices or edit your customers.
Anyone with a login uses the phone app, and can also see their day on the website. A helper doesn't need anything: they're a name on your list.
Remove them and they're logged out straight away and the charge stops. Their history stays, and so does any cash they hadn't handed over.
No. It records what each person has earned and what you've paid them, and puts what you pay in your expenses as wages. You still pay them yourself.
No. Pro is for companies that send jobs out to lots of workers. Team on Rounds is for a round business with a few people on it.
£10 a month per extra worker, VAT included where applicable. Helpers without a login are free. Pay yearly and each extra worker is £100 a year instead of £120: 2 months free. You and one worker is £45 a month, and you and two workers is £55.
