Lite questions

What tradespeople ask before they switch it on.

A website your web person can edit. When the set-up interview is done you get one line of code for them to paste in. Most website builders, including WordPress, let you add one.
The set-up interview. It's a chat of about 10–15 minutes: the areas you cover, the jobs you do, how you price them, your callout. Then it gives you example jobs to quote, and asks why. That's what the assistant uses when it talks to your customers.
It quotes the way you told it to, as a guide price, and passes the enquiry to you to confirm. You see every conversation in full.
Lite lives on the dashboard. You get an email for each new enquiry, and you can open your leads from your phone's browser. If you also have Rounds, the WorkWise app is included with that.
When you win an enquiry it becomes a customer on your round in one tap, with their details already filled in. Both together are £59 a month instead of £70.
No, but there's no contract either. You pay monthly and can cancel any time. Our first 200 customers get half price for their first 2 months, and if you refer another trader you both get a month free.
Yes. Rounds and Lite are £35 a month each and £59 for both, with VAT included where applicable. What you see is what you pay. Pro plans are quoted plus VAT.
