Squeegee's Core plan is £19 a user on yearly billing, but it leaves out the customer portal, customer replies, bulk messages and bank reconciliation. Those start on Advanced, at £25 a user yearly or £30 monthly. WorkWise Rounds is £35 a month (£350 a year) as one plan: the customer portal, reply review, reminder texts, Direct Debit, Pay by Bank, cards and Lily are all included, and extra workers are £10 each. What Squeegee has that WorkWise is still adding is listed below, and it will arrive in the same plan. Quotes that price themselves come with Lite, in the £59 bundle.

Moving from Squeegee
Most Squeegee users can move in an evening, and if you collect Direct Debits through GoCardless your customers don't sign anything new.
- Export your customers from Squeegee as a file
- Upload it to WorkWise: it works out the columns, and you check every row before anything is saved
- Connect the GoCardless account you already use, and match your existing Direct Debits to your customers

- What's the difference between Squeegee's quotes and WorkWise's?
- Squeegee's quotes are a builder: you write and send each quote, the customer accepts it, and it books into your schedule. WorkWise Lite prices the job for you. It sits on your website, answers enquiries day and night using your own prices, and a won enquiry becomes a customer on your round. You can use Lite alone or with Rounds.
- How does WorkWise's price compare with Squeegee's?
- Squeegee's Core plan is £19 a user on yearly billing, but its customer portal, replies, bulk messages and bank reconciliation start on Advanced, at £25 a user yearly or £30 monthly. - Can I keep my Direct Debits if I leave Squeegee?
- If you use your own GoCardless account, yes. Connect it to WorkWise and your customers' Direct Debits carry on without anyone signing again. Cancel the old schedule so only one app collects.
- What does Squeegee have that WorkWise Rounds doesn't have yet?
- Today Squeegee has marketing campaigns, bank reconciliation, tap to pay in person, accounts and VAT returns, and Making Tax Digital updates, and WorkWise Rounds is still adding them. They're coming in the same WorkWise plan rather than a higher tier. Squeegee also has a marketplace for buying and selling rounds.
