The map
Map in the sidebar shows every customer's address on one map, with a panel beside it (a pull-up sheet on a phone). The four numbers in the panel (customers, yearly value, visits this month, and what's owed) follow whatever is in view, so zoom in on a patch to see what it's worth.
Heat and pins
- Heatmap has three settings: Off, Money (where your regular money is) and Customers (where they are). It runs green to red against your own busiest spot. Hover for the numbers.
- Under Show, switch Pins, Rounds and Area outline on and off.
- Pins are red when the customer owes you, amber when they're due this week and blue when they're all fine. With heat on, pins appear once you zoom in.
Making a round
- Press New round in the panel.
- Choose Draw on map: tap corners round the customers you want, then Finish shape. Or choose Pick customers and tap pins one by one. You can do both: draw, then tap pins to fix what the shape missed.
- Give it a name, like Tuesday north, and a colour, then Save round.
Each address can be in one round at a time. If some you've picked are already in another round, the panel tells you how many will move. Use the pencil beside a round to change it, or delete it: your customers stay, they just aren't in a round.
Using your rounds
- Tap a round in the panel to show just that round on the map and in the numbers. Whole area brings everyone back.
- On the Customers page you can filter by round, and each customer's page shows which round they're in.
Rounds are for organising and finding things. They don't change your calendar, and nothing is sent to anyone.
