Sign in with the same email and password you use on the dashboard. If you've forgotten it, press Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
What's on the phone
- Today: the day in order, the money expected, Start day, then one stop at a time with Navigate, Done, Skip and Reschedule. Move remaining moves everything left to another day.
- Calendar: Day, Week and Month, with the same drag-to-move as the laptop.
- Customers: look someone up, call them, or Add customer if someone new appears on the round.
- Money: who owes, mark as paid, snap a receipt, and see Direct Debit status with Collect again and Leave it after a failure.
- Profile: Texts (how many are left), Customer messages, Getting paid (bank details, Stripe and GoCardless), The round, Services, Display and Sign out.
What's best on the laptop
Adding and editing lots of customers, importing, the full books, the accountant's access, your plan and billing, and buying texts all happen on the dashboard at app.joinworkwise.com. The phone is built for the day itself.
No signal?
Marking a stop Done or Skip with no signal is saved on the phone and sent as soon as you're back online. The Week view is look-only without signal. Anything that needs the network, like sending a pay link, waits until you have it.
Notifications
You'll get a notification when a customer replies, a payment arrives or a collection fails. Switch them on or off in your phone's settings. Card-payment notifications overnight wait until 7am.
